However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our Returns & Exchange Policy will apply. We truly value our customers and strive to build lasting relationships through trust and satisfaction.

Easy Returns – Simple & Transparent


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • ​Returns/Exchanges are accepted only in cases of:

    • Products damaged during shipping.

    • Manufacturing defects.

    • Incorrect item sent.

  • ​Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind.

    • Size or color preference.

    • General dissatisfaction with the product.

How to Report a Damaged Product

  • To raise an exchange/return request, please send us a WhatsApp message at +91 7892663174. Include order details and the reason for return

  • Upload the unboxing video and supporting images.
     

Review & Processing Timeline

  • All requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission.

  • If approved, returns/exchanges will be processed within 3 - 4 business days.

  • We will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up. Our pick-up executive will contact you prior to their arrival.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused. The tag, inner packing, and the saree's fold should remain intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted beyond the 3-day window for any reason.​

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping:

    • You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been processed for shipping.

    • To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp at 7892663174.

    • Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed within 2 business days.

  • After Shipping:

    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Color & Description Disclaimer

  • We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography conditions, and screen settings.

  • Product details such as weight, work details, and size may vary slightly. Customers should consider these minor differences when making a purchase.
